The supervisory staff at Pinemere has the primary responsibility of coordinating the overall camp program during the summer. They are administrators, facilitators, evaluators, and above all, leaders. They are meant to set an example of professionalism, enthusiasm and support throughout the summer, and have been selected based on our directors’ beliefs that they represent the values we are working to introduce and reinforce with all campers, teens and staff.
At Pinemere, supervisors are 21 years of age or older, or they may be parents of campers themselves. The supervisory staff is an energetic, hard-working group. The directors of Pinemere challenge them each day, and we emphasize their role in training and working alongside the rest of the camp staff throughout the summer.
