The junior counselors are taking part in a new leadership program, and it is going really well. Every week we have a different program that deals with a variety of issues in camp. They are learning about working with their co-counselors, homesickness, personal growth, telling their stories, and so on. They planned an amazing carnival for the whole camp, and the campers had a lot of fun. They are a great group, working together for a better summer, and camp can see how much they have developed from being counselors-in-training to strong and motivated leaders.
